The Plant Sabbat is an invitation to go deep into the world of traditional western herbalism’s magickal roots and modern breakthroughs through experiential study and plant-led sound journeys. 

Every class will feature one plant teacher (such as Rose, Milky Oat or Mugwort) that we will get to know through spoken instruction as well as experiencing the plant through a variety of forms. Since every class is an opportunity for healing, there will be space to set intentions based on what participants have learned from our plant teacher. At the end of each class we will finish with a plant sound journey - a simple form of meditation combined with a sound bath and ingestion or application of plant medicine such as a tincture or herbal oil. During this time of immersive plant remedy and sound, students are given an opportunity to integrate what they’ve learned as well as having time to begin to build a personal relationship with the plant they’ve just met.
