Join me for an hour of nourishing sound and healing elixirs.

Every session begins with folks at the elixir bar choosing a flower or gem essence specific to their healing needs, mixing them with water or tea to create a potent elixir. With an elixir in hand, the sound bath begins, helping everyone to relax, release stress, and awaken their capacity for self-healing. At the end of class, everyone will take home a sound-infused essence. Learn more.
